Offer for youths and students

Approximately every 3rd juvenile aborts their apprenticeship or studies before completion. Behind the statistics lies the fate of young people, who find the step into adulthood difficult, and also their parents, who worry about the future of their children.

One of the main reasons for aborting young careers is, on the one hand the jungle of limitless possibilities and on the other, that adolescents are still unsure or unaware of their vocational aptitude. Real vocation, interests, motives and values are still blossoming and developing.

In coaching young people between the ages of approximately 14 – 23 the Vocational Compass gives support along life’s career journey .

Thanks to coaching with the integrated Vocational Compass, young people are able to find the first signposts towards the business world of tomorrow. Potential, strengths and weaknesses are illustrated along with hidden talents and perspectives and together these encourage young personalities in self-expression and to discover the direction towards their career.

The guide price for a career analysis, including a 2 hour consultation (upon request either with or without parents, guardian or caregiver) is CHF 340.-
